Paint Conservators

Paint conservators normally work on architectural art, murals, and paintings for museums, churches, colleges, homes, and government buildings. These conservators provide historic paint analysis, feasibility studies and proposals, then carry out work such as cleaning, removal of old varnishes and inappropriate overpainting, and stabilization of original paint.
